Breathwork is a simple, safe, and extremely effective process for experiencing breakthroughs. The work can be deeply experiential and may involve intense physical, energetic, and emotional release. Please continue reading to make sure this event is right for you. If concerned, please consult your health care physician. The pace and style of the breathing patterns used to guide participants in this experience e is mild to moderate.

The participant agrees to assume full responsibility for his/her own physical, mental, and emotional health and hold harmless the Organizer and Facilitator, Karissa Sherwood, from any physical, mental, and/or emotional damage that may be attributed to the participant's experience.

Participant further holds harmless the Organizer, Karissa Sherwood, and her property, from any and all loss, liability, injury, damage, or cost which may arise out of or in connection with participation in the Immersia event. 

Participant also certifies that if he/she has asthma, the participant will bring their inhaler if needed. If participant has concerns about participating for this reason, please consult the facilitator as well as your physician. 

Please be aware that intense prolonged breathing may result in periods of dizziness, quick change in body temperature, tingling/numbness of hands/feet, or involuntary muscle contractions of the hands/feet. 

Expectant mothers will inform the Organizer and Facilitator prior to the event. While intense breathing is not advised, gentle relaxing breathing is permissible, unless advised otherwise by your current healthcare physician.

The participant understands that by executing this release and engaging in the event, he/she is assuming those risks that are inherent to the activities involved.  

Inclement Weather

The Organizer resumes the right to cancel the event due to inclement weather. Purchased tickets may be transferred to a future event of the participant's choosing. Tickets are transferrable, not refundable.
